Audio Trinity Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping at Audio Trinity. We
are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our
warranty policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when
seeking warranty service.

1. Warranty Coverage

Audio Trinity offers limited warranty on most
products sold through our suppliers, unless otherwise stated. The warranty
period and coverage details may vary by product category and brand. Specific
warranty details for each product are provided at the time of purchase and can
also be found on our website. Certain products do not carry any warranty like
car speakers, subwoofers, tweeters etc.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of
purchase by the original consumer. It typically covers defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect,
overclocking, liquid damage or unauthorized repairs are not covered under
warranty.

3. Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if your product
develops a defect covered by the warranty, Audio Trinity will send your product
to the relevant supplier for an assessment. At the supplier’s discretion, we
will be advised if the product will be repaired or replaced. This process can
take up to 21 business days. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our
customer service team. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

4. Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Overclocking
  • Liquid damage

 

5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please follow
these steps:

  • Contact Audio Trinity customer service to discuss the issue and
    receive instructions.
  • If applicable, package the product securely for shipment to our
    service centre.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a description of the
    issue with the product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Audio Trinity’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Statutory Rights

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws in South Africa.
