Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Audio Trinity! We
strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund
and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility: You may return an item
within 7 days of purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

1.2 Non-eligible items: The following
items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Items that have been used or installed.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Software
  • Items with no warranty.

1.3 Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team on call/whatsapp: 081 877 7776
    email: sales@audiotrinity.co.za, within 24 hours of receiving your order
    to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to
    return, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and
    instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • All returns can take up 21 working days to process.

1.4 Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item, wrong
    item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping
    costs.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Once your
return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund or replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically
    be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Refunds may take some time to appear in your account depending on
    your bank or payment method.

2.2 Replacement: In certain cases, the item may be replaced.

  • Replacement can take up to 21 working days.
  • If the item you ordered is no longer available, alternative products will be offered for discussion. If you are not satisfied with the alternatives, a refund will be initiated through your original payment method.

 

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a defect or damage, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
