Terms and Conditions for Audio Trinity Tech
Welcome to Audio Trinity Tech, your trusted
online source for high-quality audio equipment and accessories. Please read
these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchases. By using our
website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- General
- All prices listed include VAT.
- Quotations are valid for 1 (one) day unless otherwise specified.
- Audio Trinity Tech does not guarantee the supply, price, or
availability of products quoted.
- Sales Agreement
- The agreement of sale is deemed final when goods are accepted at
the time and place of delivery.
- Returns and Refunds
- Faulty goods purchased from Audio Trinity Tech must be returned to
us within 7 days from purchase. The faulty Item will be assessed by our
technician, who will determine the outcome.
- Only goods purchased directly from Audio Trinity Tech are eligible
for repair/ replacement by our suppliers and vendors.
- Products may be returned if deemed faulty by Audio Trinity Tech or
the supplier. Items correctly supplied as per client specifications or
self-service purchases are non-returnable.
- If a product is deemed faulty within 7 days of purchase, clients
may receive a refund, repair, or replacement upon assessment by our
technician. The client is advised to contact us within the first 24 hours
of delivery to arrange collection. After 7 days and for the remainder of
the warranty period, a repair or replacement may be offered. Refunds are
considered only if repair or replacement is not feasible.
- All returns are subject to assessment by Audio Trinity Tech
technicians. Products requiring further evaluation may be sent to the
supplier for inspection before a refund, replacement, or repair is
authorized. This includes but is not limited to: Laptops, PC’s, TV’s,
UPSs, Monitors, Pc components, radios and amplifiers. There are no
refunds and returns on speakers, subwoofers, tweeters ect. Kindly check
in the product tab “WARRANTY” for that specific product warranty.
- We do not accept returns or grant refunds for reasons other than
stipulated above.
- Data and Warranties
- Audio Trinity Tech does not guarantee data integrity and is not
liable for any data loss. Clients are responsible for backing up their
data.
- The use of non-genuine parts may void product warranties.
- Special Orders
- Products not stocked by Audio Trinity Tech may be “special
ordered” and paid in full
- Special order cancellations are accepted within the first 12 hours
of placing the order; after this period, orders are considered final.
- Validity
- All transactions and correspondence are subject to these Terms and
Conditions. No exceptions will be made.
- Pricing and Specification Changes
- Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior
notice.
- Errors and Omissions
- Audio Trinity Tech reserves the right to correct any errors or
omissions.
- Disclaimer
- Except where governed by applicable laws, Audio Trinity Tech is
not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our
online store.
- Warranties
- Most new hardware purchased from Audio Trinity Tech carries a
minimum of 12 (twelve) month warranty, unless otherwise stated in the
warranty tab in each product.
- Warranty terms are void if product serial numbers, security seals,
or labels are tampered with.
- Specific conditions apply to different categories of goods as
outlined in the warranty policy.
- A component will be declared void of warranty if it has been
damaged due to negligence, mishandling, lightning strikes, power surges,
incorrect installation by someone other than an Audio Trinity Tech
employee, liquid damage, exposure to excessive dirt and heat,
overclocking or being forced to perform beyond the manufacturer’s
specified standards, physical abuse, or any form of alteration.
- All warranty claims may take
up to 30 days to determine their validity.
- All warranty claims are
managed by our supplier. At their discretion.
- No warranty on software.
- We will not be liable for any
losses that may arise under any circumstances.
- Terms of Use
- The use of this website is at your own risk. Audio Trinity Tech
does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Information on the website is for informational purposes only and
should not be considered professional advice.
- All goods remain the property of Audio Trinity Tech until the
agreement of sale is deemed complete. Upon receipt of payment, the terms
and conditions of this contract are considered accepted.
- Privacy
- Audio Trinity Tech respects your privacy and will not distribute
your personal information without consent, except as required for
transactional purposes.
- Delivery
- Delivery terms and conditions:
- Delivery will be made to the address provided when you place your
order
- If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons within
Audio Trinity Tech’s control, Audio Trinity Tech will inform you as soon
as reasonably possible.
- Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible
after your order has been accepted. However, Audio Trinity Tech will not
be liable for any loss or damage incurred due to reasonable or
unavoidable delays in delivery. In such cases, Audio Trinity Tech will
inform you of any delays as soon as possible
- Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the
goods, confirming that they are delivered in good condition. If the
package appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us
immediately.
- Returns
- Please refer to our returns policy for details on returning goods
purchased online.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the
entire agreement between you and Audio Trinity Tech regarding your use of our
